Amazon A+ Studio Privacy Policy

Amazon A+ Studio (“the Extension”) is an independent Chrome extension for Amazon sellers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
1. What the Extension does
The Extension helps you review Amazon product listings, study the visible visual structure of competitor A+ Content, and create listing images, lifestyle images, size references, and A+ Content for your own products.
2. Information processed
- Amazon listing data: product-page URLs, visible titles, descriptions, specifications, and image URLs that you choose to analyze.
- Product images: images you upload or select for your own product. These are used to analyze product appearance and create requested visuals.
- Workspace data: prompts, generated copy, analysis results, image history, selected marketplace, language, and generation settings.
- AI provider settings: API endpoint URLs, model selections, and API keys that you enter yourself.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to provide the Extension’s analysis and image-generation features, maintain your local workspace, and return results to you. The Extension does not sell your information, use it for advertising profiles, or add it to a developer-owned product database.
4. Local storage and AI providers
Your settings, API keys, project history, and generated assets are stored locally in your browser where technically possible. The Extension does not require you to place your API key on our server.
When you request AI analysis or image generation, the information and images required for that request are sent directly from the Extension to the AI endpoint you configure, such as OpenAI or another OpenAI-compatible provider. That provider’s privacy policy and retention practices apply to data it receives. Review your provider settings before sending product images or listing data.
5. Amazon and third-party websites
The Extension reads information from Amazon pages only when you use its analysis or capture features. Amazon’s terms and privacy policy apply to Amazon services. The Extension does not access your Amazon account credentials or payment information.
6. Retention and deletion
You can remove saved projects, generated assets, prompts, and API settings from the Extension’s workspace or by clearing the Extension’s site data in Chrome. Data already sent to an AI provider is subject to that provider’s deletion and retention controls.
7. Security
The Extension uses HTTPS endpoints when supported and limits access to the pages and services needed for its stated purpose. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your API keys and use reputable AI providers.
8. Children’s privacy
The Extension is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Extension’s features or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

AI 服务商
当你请求 AI 分析或图片生成时，完成该请求所需的文字和图片会从插件直接发送到你配置的 AI 接口，例如 OpenAI 或其他兼容 OpenAI 的服务商。相关服务商的隐私政策和保存规则适用于其收到的数据，请在发送商品图片前自行确认服务商条款。
删除与联系
你可以在插件工作区删除项目、图片历史、提示词和 API 设置，也可以在 Chrome 中清除插件网站数据。已经发送给 AI 服务商的数据需按照该服务商的删除和保存机制处理。如有隐私问题，请通过 cxgrowthlab.com 联系网站所有者。
