Open the extension popup or look beside the video. While the source is loading, the Download button stays gray. Click <strong>Download current video<\/strong> in the PulseFind popup, or use the compact button beside the Reel. You can open Chrome Downloads to view the file, or use the recent-download list inside PulseFind as a quick reference. PulseFind updates when you move to a new Reel, so wait for the status to update before downloading.<\/p>\n<p>If the button remains gray, reload the Reel detail page once and let the video start playing. You can use <strong>Copy diagnostics<\/strong> in the extension popup to collect technical status information if you need support.<\/p>\n<h2>Changing language and getting help<\/h2>\n<p>Use the language selector at the top of the PulseFind popup to choose from the supported interface languages.
